Welcome! Please read these AgelessDating.org Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) carefully.
This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and AgelessDating.org (“Ageless Dating,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By clicking “I Agree,” creating an account, or using any part of our website or apps (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to this Agreement and represent that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Service available at https://agelessdating.org and any other sites or apps we operate that link to these terms. This Agreement incorporates any additional terms we present within the Service (for example, feature-specific terms or policies).
The Service is intended for adults. You must be 18 years or older to use Ageless Dating. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
You may need an account to use certain features. Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share them. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach you suspect.
Ageless Dating offers optional AI-assisted features (sometimes referred to as “AGC”) that help you express your personality and generate conversation ideas. These tools never send messages autonomously and never impersonate you. You choose what to show or send. You can edit or remove AI-suggested content at any time.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes and to be respectful of others. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
You may upload or provide text, images, audio, and other materials (“User Content”) to build and train your profile. You retain ownership of your User Content. To operate and improve the Service (including AI-assisted features), you grant Ageless Dating a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, adapt, display, and create derivative works from your User Content solely to provide the Service to you and other users as intended and permitted by your settings.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe others’ rights.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can manage or cancel your plan in your account settings or app store.
Use caution when interacting with others. We do not conduct criminal background checks and cannot guarantee every user’s identity. Follow our safety guidance before meeting in person (e.g., meet in public, tell someone you trust, arrange your own transport). You are solely responsible for your interactions, online and offline.
The Service may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., payments, verification, analytics). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide notice of material changes when required. If you continue using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE SERVICE (INCLUDING AI-ASSISTED FEATURES) IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. AI-GENERATED SUGGESTIONS MAY BE INCOMPLETE OR INACCURATE; USE YOUR JUDGMENT BEFORE RELYING ON THEM.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGeless DATING AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) USD $100.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ageless Dating and its affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of this Agreement or applicable law.
Informal Resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@agelessdating.org.
Arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Ageless Dating agree to resolve all claims (except claims for injunctive or equitable relief) through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending a written notice to legal@agelessdating.org within 30 days of first accepting this Agreement. Class actions are not permitted.
Where permitted by law, arbitration will take place in your county of residence (remote appearance permitted) or another mutually agreed location.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of this Agreement or for conduct that harms other users or the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., licenses, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution) will survive.
We and our licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, designs, logos, and other materials, except for your User Content. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written permission.
We operate the Service from the United States and make no representation that it is appropriate or available elsewhere. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., you are responsible for complying with local laws, including data, consumer, and export laws.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The “Current as of” date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted within the Service and, where required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
